Project Overview
Built for a Complex Roofline
The aged cedar roofing was removed, and both roof decks were covered with Titanium PSU-30 HT high-temperature underlayment before installation of the new metal roofing system.
The cottage roof included changes in pitch, multiple valleys, and intricate transition areas. Each section required precise fabrication and installation to follow the existing architecture and maintain consistent mechanical-lock seams.
SSAB GreenCoat Pural BT steel in an RR32 Walnut Brown Matt finish was used throughout the project. Despite the complex roof geometry and work across two structures, the entire installation was completed within three weeks.
