Project Overview
VELUX Skylights Across Long Roofline
The defining feature of this Woodbine-Lumsden project is the row of four skylights positioned along one of the home’s longest roof slopes. The standing seam layout was fitted around each opening, maintaining consistent panel lines while accommodating the required skylight flashing.
SSAB GreenCoat Pural BT steel in Textured Black Matt was used across the main roof and its adjoining sections. Installation also includes detailing along the intersecting valleys, ridges, roof edges, and several ventilation and pipe penetrations.
