Midnight Black Roof and Exterior Details

The existing shingle roof was completely removed before the roof deck was waterproofed and prepared for the new mechanical-lock system. SSAB GreenCoat Pural BT steel in Midnight Black was then installed across the home’s connected roof sections.

The exterior package was completed with SIBA Tech square gutters and custom-fabricated vented steel soffits. Together, these metal details create a consistent finish along the roof edges and complement the clean, modern appearance of the new roof.ы
