Standing Seam Metal Roof in High Park
A century-old Toronto home in High Park received a complete roofing and exterior upgrade with SSAB GreenCoat Pural BT steel in Midnight Black RR33. The work included a mechanical lock standing seam roof, a new VELUX skylight, metal wall cladding, flat roofing, snow retention, gutters, soffit, and fascia.

Project Overview
Complete Roof Transformation
This High Park project involved more than replacing the roofing panels. After removing two layers of aging shingles, the system was rebuilt with new plywood decking, upgraded insulation, and improved attic ventilation.
Exterior was finished with a mechanical lock standing seam roof and matching vertical wall cladding made from SSAB GreenCoat Pural BT steel in Midnight Black RR33. A new VELUX skylight was added to the main roof, while the rear included standing seam and flat roofing around the terrace. S-5! ColorGard snow retention, new 6-inch gutters, soffit, and fascia completed the transformation.
