Project Overview
About This Etobicoke Project
The roof layout makes this Etobicoke home visually different from a standard residential project. Two main roof planes sit at different heights, with upper windows placed between them, so the standing seam system becomes part of the home’s exterior architecture.
SSAB GreenCoat Pural BT in Textured Black Matt was used across the main roof sections and the small canopy roofs above the windows. Snow guards, gutters, and roof vents were also included, keeping the finished system clean, consistent, and practical for long-term use.
